At Life Changers Outreach, we believe true transformation is possible through the love of Jesus and Biblical principles. 

     Our free 12-month residential program provides a supportive and safe environment where participants learn to break free from harmful patterns of behavior, including addiction, and create new healthy habits.

     Our team of experienced pastors, mentors, and volunteers is committed to walking alongside participants on their journey. 

     Since opening our doors in 2012, Life Changers Outreach has welcomed adult men and women from all walks of life and backgrounds. The program is open to anyone who is committed to change and a life of spiritual growth
